Refund Policy
Sea Window is sold as a subscription through the Apple App Store and, when it ships there, Google Play. Every payment goes through your store account, so the store, not us, holds your money and decides refunds. Here is how that works in practice.
The free trial
Every new subscription starts with a seven-day free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you will not be charged anything. You cancel in your store's subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that. Stores do not prorate the unused part of a period, so cancelling mid-period does not by itself trigger a refund.
Asking for a refund
If something went wrong, such as a charge you did not expect or an app that did not work for you, ask the store that billed you:
- Apple App Store: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID you paid with, and choose the Sea Window charge. Apple reviews each request under its own terms and usually answers within a couple of days. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
- Google Play: within 48 hours of a purchase you can request a refund directly from the Play Store. After that, email us and we will refund the charge from our side where Google's tools allow it.
If you are stuck
Write to support@seawindow.app with the email you used for the store and roughly when you were charged. We will help you find the right button, and where a refund is in our hands we will not argue about it.
Price changes
If we ever raise the price, the store will tell you before it applies to you and ask you to agree. If you do not, your subscription simply ends at the current period.
